About Tawasul International Centre for Publishing, Research and Dialogue

Tawasul International Centre for Publishing, Research and Dialogue is a duly registered, Rome-based independent Muslim think tank. According to the charter of its registration in Italy, Tawasul International is accredited to work as a dialogue-oriented educational, publishing, and peacebuilding foundation. It is also authorised to cooperate with other national and international organisations of similar nature in pursuance of its goals. Tawasul International’s core ideas are inspired by the universal message of Islam. Tawasul International seeks to build bridges of understanding across different religions and cultures through diverse forms of personal, social, civilizational, academic and intellectual initiatives.

Tawasul International’s programs stress on social initiatives geared towards peacebuilding, crosscultural understanding, interfaith dialogue and building civil societies in which people of diverse religious, ethnic and cultural origins can live in peace, with their human rights protected. Also, Tawasul International firmly believes that a proper, unobtrusive, respectful introduction of Islam, the last of the Abrahamic religions, to the intellectuals and general public of the West is a social duty, especially at a time like now when Islamophobia is sadly growing in many parts of the world.
